The 7th IEEE Colombian Conference on Automatic Control (CCAC) will be held on October 14-17, 2025, in Pereira, Colombia. The IEEE CCAC is the premier biannual international conference that gathers academic and industrial researchers and practitioners to discuss state-of-the-art research, advances, and applications of control engineering to encourage technology development in Colombia and the Latin American region. The conference will cover the theory, the implementation issues, and the experiences related to the applications of control, automation, and methods in research, academia, and industry.

List of Topics

The conference includes all aspects of control engineering, from analysis and design to simulation and hardware. Major topics for the event include, but are not limited to, the following:

Submission Guidelines

The program committee invites interested authors to submit their works (4 to 6 pages long) in English through https://easychair.org/my/conference?conf=ieeeccac2025. The submitted papers are grouped as follows:

Regular papers (four to six pages, English language),
Students’ papers (four to six pages, either English or Spanish)
Industrial papers (two to six pages, either English or Spanish)

Submitted papers to IEEE CCAC 2025 must be original, not previously published, or accepted for publication elsewhere, and must not be submitted to any other event or publisher during the entire review process. Publication

Accepted and presented papers will be published in the IEEE CCAC 2025 Conference Proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore®. Only top-quality papers will be published in IEEE Xplore®. To be published in the IEEE CCAC 2025 Conference Proceedings and to be eligible for publication in IEEE Xplore®, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the full (member or non-member) rate and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference. The IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore®) if the paper is not presented at the conference. Please be aware that in IEEEXplore will be published only papers in English in agreement with their policies.

Non-refundable registration fees must be paid before uploading the final IEEE-formatted, publication-ready version of the paper. For authors with multiple accepted papers, one full registration is valid for up to 2 papers.
